What we collect

When you fill in our contact or careers forms we collect the information you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, role, and the message you write. We also receive limited technical data (IP address, user agent) from our hosting provider for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or application.
• To run safer-recruitment and DBS checks for job applicants.
• To keep records of referrals and consultations as part of providing a regulated service.
• To prevent abuse of our forms and protect the website.

We rely on the lawful bases of consent (when you submit a form), legitimate interests (for security and to reply to enquiries), and legal obligation (for safer-recruitment records).

Who sees it

Submissions are emailed to our short-breaks team. We use trusted processors to operate the site and email systems (hosting, email delivery). We do not sell your data, and we do not run marketing retargeting on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months after the end of the recruitment process unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records linked to safeguarding or regulated services are retained in line with our statutory obligations.

Your rights
