The Horizons Structured Judo Programme is a SEND-adapted, therapeutic physical development pathway — embedded within Horizons Short Breaks.
Every session is built around regulation, routine, and peer-safe interaction. Adapted judo is the method; real confidence and independence are the outcomes.
